This complete renovation project transformed a former living space and its cellar, from the division of a bourgeois house, into a modern apartment.

The volumes required a complete renovation, including structural modifications and the creation of a staircase to connect the two levels. The floor plan was redesigned to maximize space utilization and create a smooth flow of circulation.
