This renovation project has transformed a former residential premises and its cellar, from a division of a bourgeois house, into a modern apartment.

The volumes needed a complete renovation, including a structural modification and the creation of a staircase to connect the two levels. The floor plan has been redesigned to maximize space utilization and create smooth circulation.
