Rehabilitation project for an early 20th century building, located in the old center of Nanterre, into a versatile and dynamic space. 

We re-imagined the premises to create a versatile space that offers a variety of options for cultural, artistic and social activities. The building will accommodate a large multipurpose room, a sports area, meeting rooms and a catering area for all types of events.

Many of the building's original features will be retained and restored, such as exposed brickwork and metal beams.
